Recreation, a leading marketing, brand strategy, and creative development agency with a focus on ground breaking and disruptive MedTech, Healthcare, and Life Sciences companies worldwide, is in search of an ambitious and self-motivated Graphic Designer to join the growing team in our London office.

Our ideal candidate has experience in brand and digital design. This person shows skills as a conceptual designer, but also has the necessary skills to crank out production work when needed. Above all, a drive and passion for the craft of design is essential as they will work closely with our creative director, art directors, and fellow designers to create and edit digital and print graphics, ensuring all materials meet brand standards and are ready for distribution.

Responsibilities
  • Create compelling designs within established brand guidelines while also keeping an eye out for ways to evolve and improve them.
  • Build consistent expressions of existing brands by creating or building upon brand guidelines for information design, packaging, paid ads, event collateral, presentation decks, social assets, email, ad campaigns, infographics and product UI.
  • Format graphics and proof files, collect for output for print and other processes.
  • Assess project specifics and creating a final product that adheres to those requirements.
  • Collaborate with the design team staff to define design goals.
  • Review and proof graphic materials before the projects are marked as complete.
  • Follow a product workflow and timeline to ensure projects progress in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience
  • 2-3 years of graphic design and/or production experience: you can walk the line between design and production, capable of design and composition, but you prefer to work on the production side of things. You are skilled at both digital asset creation and print production with the Adobe Creative Suite, Powerpoint, Keynote and Google Slides.
  • Adept at efficiency: your strong organisational skills enable you to juggle multiple projects, always with an eye out for building efficiency with scalable solutions.
  • Ability to establish visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color effectively.
  • An awareness of current industry and technology standards that pushes towards cutting-edge innovation.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Digital portfolio that demonstrates these skills and experience.
